Website Design
Monroe Press can help you create a dynamic website geared towards posting the latest news and information, providing resources and services, and interacting with others through online features and web-based forms.

Website Features
Initial Setup - Initial creation of site banner and color palates. Also, setup of domain name or transfer of existing domain.
Photo Gallery - Galleries have image files associated with them.
File Manager - Files can be documents or images - typically .pdf, MS Word or .jpg/.gifs. Images associated with a particular Photo Gallery appear in that gallery.
Category Manager - Categories make up the dynamic part of the website menu.
Record Manager - Records are text items that can be associated with any Category. Examples of Records would be Press Releases, Bulletins, Calendar Items, etc.
Text Records - Text Records are text items that are not associated with any other item on the site but are editable. These records contain content for items such as the site’s Privacy Policy, the About Us page, the Welcome Message, and other similar records. New Text Records may be created and the links to those new pages can be included in other areas of the website such as the welcome message, allowing for the creation of ad-hoc sub pages.
Website Administration
Monroe Press’s web based content management tool - Vega - is the cornerstone application for editing and updating your content.
You will have two websites: one is the public website and the other is the behind the scenes “Content Management System” accessible through any web browser, anywhere, with a username and password.
You will be able to update and edit the public website as often as necessary through Vega’s online editing tool without having to install a special application or know web programming.
Because Vega is web based, edits and updates can be made from any computer with a web browser connected to the Internet.

Support
Monroe Press will fix any errors, bugs or features that are not functioning properly free of charge.
We provide enhancement support at a rate of $100 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
New features, changes and/or additions that are not included in the template may be requested at any time.
An estimate of required time for request can be provided prior to starting work.
